What are the conditions for return/exchange?
✅ Accepted: Wrong / Damaged Items Only
❌ Not Accepted: Returns or exchanges for any other reason (like change of mind, dislike, etc.)
🧾 How to place a return request?
1️⃣ Select a Method
Go to My Orders → Order Details → Return
2️⃣ Submit Return Request
- Mention the reason for return
- Upload product images and a proper unboxing video
3️⃣ Product Pickup
- The product will be picked up only if found in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4️⃣ Return / Refund
- Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by our team.
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting ₹100 towards shipping and handling charges.
- No refund will be issued if the product is not in its original condition or packaging.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- For smoother processing, please ensure an unboxing video is available as proof.
- Refunds will be processed in the same payment mode used during purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation once your refund is successfully processed.
