At Decorsip, we work hard to ship your favorite home decor items promptly, securely, and reliably. Our Shipping Policy is meant to give you full transparency into how we receive, manage, and ship your orders so that you can shop with your full peace of mind.
Order Processing
All our orders are processed within 1–2 business days (no weekends or holidays). After confirming your order, we examine and pack each product carefully to arrive at you in pristine condition. You will soon receive an order confirmation email when you order, and then a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We work with reliable courier partners to provide safe and timely delivery of your home decorative products. Estimated delivery times are subject to your location:
● Within India (Domestic Orders): 3–7 business days from shipping.
● Remote or Rural Areas: Additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
Currently, we only ship within India. If we reach international shipping in the future, updated information or data will be posted on this page.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, which depends on the destination for delivery and the weight/size of the items in your shopping cart. With some special promotion offers, you will be entitled to free shipping on specific products or on orders over a particular purchase value. Terms of such offers will be prominently indicated on the site.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email/SMS with your tracking number. You can simply monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier partner's website using this number. In case you encounter any difficulty tracking your order, we would be glad to help you.
Packaging and Handling
We know that home decor items tend to be delicate and need extra care. At Decorsip, we go the extra mile when packing to make sure your purchase is secure while in transit. Fragile products are doubly packed with protective material to reduce the chances of breakage.
Delays and Exceptions
Though we strive for prompt delivery, sometimes we face unavoidable circumstances. These could be a natural disaster, strike, courier service outage, or any other unforeseen situation. In such a scenario, we shall notify you and try to solve the holdup at the earliest.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
In case you receive a damaged product, a part of a package missing, or a wrong product from the one you had ordered, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receipt at our email ID. Please provide your order number and photos of the package and product. We shall assess the matter and send a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Return Policy.
Change of Delivery Address
If you want to amend your delivery address after you have placed an order, you should get in touch with us 24 hours after the order confirmation. After the order is dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages
In exceptional circumstances where a package cannot be delivered because of wrong address information given by the customer or unwillingness to accept the package, the shipping fee incurred will not be reimbursed. The customer might also be charged extra reshipping fees if they would like to have the order reshipped again.
