At DecorSip, we would like you to purchase home decoration goods with confidence and reassurance. Our focus is to make sure that all products you purchase are up to your expectations of quality, appearance, and longevity. Nevertheless, there could be occasions when you might want to return or exchange a product. This Refund and Return Policy documents the process and terms for convenient returns.

Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. The item or product must be unused, in original condition, and contained in original packaging with tags and accessories in place to qualify for a return. Products damaged by misuse, inadequate handling, or normal use will not qualify for return.

Please note that some products, like custom or personalized goods, are not returnable unless they get damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refunds

When we receive & inspect your returned product, we will email you the news of either approval or denial of your refund. On approval, we will credit your original payment method with the refund amount within 7–10 working days. Non-refundable shipping cost applies, and in case of free shipping offered, a small shipping cost might be subtracted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We welcome the exchange of items if they are faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong product was delivered. To proceed with an exchange, kindly contact our customer support within 48 hours from delivery date with your order number and images of the product received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If, in the remote chance that you find your item damaged or wrongly shipped, do inform us immediately at our e-mail address with supporting details and photos. We will get a replacement sent to you or make a full refund without any additional charge to you.
